中文報關術語

貨主（出口商、出貨工廠）

擁有貨物的人，負責生產/備貨、提供商品資料與單據。

貨運/貨代（國際物流公司、貨運承攬）

幫你「訂船位、安排運輸」的人，有時也協助報關。會對接船公司、卡車公司。

報關行

專門替你「跟海關講話」的人，幫你準備電子報單、送件、回覆海關問題。是通關的專業代理。

船公司（或航空公司）

擁有船/飛機的運輸人，負責運送貨物，開立提單（B/L）。

海關

政府機關，負責審核出口報關資料、查驗貨物、決定放不放行。

貨櫃場／港口碼頭

貨物實際進場、裝櫃、裝船的地方，會配合船公司及海關作業。

English Customs Glossary

Shipper (Exporter, Shipping Factory)

The owner of the goods, responsible for production/stock preparation, providing product information and documentation.

Freight Forwarder (International Logistics Company, Freight Broker)

The party that “books shipping space and arranges transportation” for you, sometimes also assisting with customs clearance. They liaise with shipping lines and trucking companies.

Customs Service Broker

A professional agent specializing in “communicating with customs” on your behalf. They prepare electronic declarations, submit documents, and respond to customs inquiries.

Shipping Carrier (or Airline)

The carrier owning the vessel/aircraft, responsible for transporting goods and issuing the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Customs

A government agency responsible for reviewing export declaration data, inspecting goods, and determining clearance.

Container Yard / Port Terminal

The physical location where goods arrive, are loaded into containers, and shipped. Operations coordinate with shipping lines and customs.
